When Claudio was the op I sent to LU2CN as specified by LU4DXU at that time. 
I later read that DXU was to be the manager and I e-mailed DXU and asked for 
his help.

As I recall I sent a second card to DXU. It was received OK and a card was 
sent back to me from DXU.

I would advise sending your cards for this latest operation to DXU.
