The bureau I deal with for the NW lets me send a check for postage that
they draw on whenever they have enough cards to send to me. They buy the
stamps, deduct from this balance, and give me a running account of my
balance. Works for them, works for me. We need to make things easy on
these guys who do a relatively thankless job to help you get cards. Make
it easy on them.
