just send them a note asking that your cards be sent every month. ya get what 
ya pay for, going to cost u $10 to $15 per year in postage.  i make a small 
donation to my buro every year, helps their moral and it's easier to sort 
cards with a micro brew or Kentucky sour mash in hand.
the gang at the 7th buro do a great job.
