[Dx-qsl] K1B QSL Question / Confusion?

All the talk in regard to K1B qsling has left me a bit confused. I hear 
everyone talking about YT1AD, but I hear no mention of RX3AA.

I sent my QSL request to R3ZAA for SSB contacts. 

Can someone PSE clarify for me. I understood all SSB contacts were to go to 
R3ZAA and all others to YT1AD.
Is YT1AD handling all qsling for K1B?
