[Dx-qsl] DX OUTGOING Bureau Addresses

Hello Group:

Recently I have gathered up several  outgoing QSLs for "oldie" DX QSOs,
and realized that I am not aware of the up-to-date addresses for the
bureaus, in particular the former USSR entities.  Is there a listing of
DX bureau addresses available on the Web ?

I received the following information, which is much appreciated and
possibly be of help to some others.  Can anyone expand on the former
USSR ham bureaus as well as the other DXCC bureaus?
