[Dx-qsl] 3D2CY QSL

Hi fellow dxer's,
Is anyone out there still waiting for there 3D2CI or 3D2CY qsl???
I have sent twice so far first time to Z32AU and second time to YT1AD =
and have yet to receive anything. Both times I sent a SAE & 2 =
greenstamps.
So now I do not know what to do ,do I send a thrid time 2 more =
greenstamps or maybe I should send Registered mail with return receipt =
which will cost about 10 geenstamps including return postage.
So I ask my fellow dxer's "what should I do??????"
