The issue is, in the good old USofA that is one ounce. Here is the rub,
in Germany for example a first class Air Mail letter cannot exceed 20
grams!! Errr ... 20 grams is 0.7 ounce!!!  Hmmmm !!! That means 2 IRCs
are required to mail 1 ounce letter.  Eureka!! We gotta change the QSL
system to now control the weight as well as the size of the card......
What next ?

The obvious thing is to rid ourselves of the 4 page glossy,heavy cards used by
so many dxpeditions.
