This suggestion has just been thrown at us. Our country is slowly going mad.
What they are really saying is: "deliveries will be between 9am and 12 noon=20
at whatever time we can manage it. If you want an earlier delivery it will=20
cost you =A314 per week".
We have always had a safe and reliable postal service with two deliveries a=20
day.I think there will be a revolution before this one gets off the ground;i=
t=20
will be crippling to small businesses.
I am glad that I am a c.w. op, because they are going to charge us for=20
talking next.

Anyway, at least in our country they don't charge us for sending cards to th=
e=20
bureau!
