Ron, one further follow-up.  I think I know of the manager you refer
to.....and while I do things differently, I'd ask all of us to respect the
simple fact that, with most of the managers that are around, you know you'll
get a card if you send one that follows 'their rules'....and usually at a
lot less expense and trouble than trying to chase the DX station themselves
for a card.

We all have our quirks.  Some of us do things some ways, some another way.
But generally, you get a card.  In the grand scheme of things, that's
probably what REALLY counts....HI
