I found that sending email to Francesco IK0FVC was helpful in obtaining
unrequited 1A0KM QSLs.

I did not record the email address that I used, but Buckmaster gives it as
[email protected] .

One of the joys of logging software is finding out that I should have sent
cards to 1A0KM for their 1994 operation to confirm them on 20M.  Have others
been successful in getting cards from the QSL manager after this length of
time?  Somewhere I seem to remember a discussion about this topic and the
difficulties involved.
