[Dx-qsl] Buro QSL's

Well, I guess once a year I need to clarify the procedures for Dave's
(K8MN) buro QSL processing. (J52US, 9L9DXG, 9L1US, A22MN, OH0/OH2/K8MN,
5H3US)

I just received about 2  pounds from the buro.  About 20 % were
duplicates! 

I reply to buro cards only once per yer year for all of Dave's
operations.  I only reply to new QSO's via the buro.  If the QSL info has
been confirmed before via the buro, it is NOT reconfirmed.  Continual
generating of QSL's to me via the buro does NO good.  If you wish a QSL
the safest way is direct to me.  If you wish to go via the buro, don't
expect that multiple QSL's will generate multiple QSL's.  If a card has
been issued before via the buro, it will NOT be re-issued again.

Dave has been out of the DX  active "inner circle" for some time, and
thererfore no one seems to include any financial assistance anymore.  The
buro is fine, but don't expect "top level" service either.  

This is an FYI....when you can expect these QSl's.
