With all the available online bulletins, including a free bulletin from the
ARRL, it's amazing you weren't informed of this major dxpedition.

But to answer your question, VP8GEO is South Georgia and you qsl via VE3GCO
in Canada with a sae and a suggested donation of Green Stamps.
Remember, do not use USA postage on your return envelope as they are no good
in Canada.
You can use Canadian Stamps if you have them, but GS are preferred.
