[Dx-qsl] More on PY3ZM

This is an old thread..I received a direct qsl for HC2/UA4WAE Otto
approximately
6 months ago...he also sent a note asking if I could please spread this
information...
The qsl was mailed from France.  I emailed Otto and he said this info was
correct...
Apparently PY3ZM lives in France and has had other callsign(s)...I
remembered a situation with this particular manager having problems with
qsling practices...
I subseqently emailed the DXCC desk and inquired about  the status of this
manager.
I got email back from DXCC desk saying "this is still an ongoing
investigation"...
I spoke with Otto about two weeks ago and he is HC2DX and he said his
manager is PY3ZM... So, this is where is stands til we hear otherwise..
