[Dx-qsl] More on PY3ZM

This is for those of you who may not know about PY3ZM ex HH2HM/F. He was
known to manage some stations, falsely claim to manage some stations,
and pirate stations in each category. DXCC did an investigation and
stopped accepting cards he managed a few years back.  Now he has made a
come back as PY3ZM. He is now operating with /CT3 and /CU calls. He has
the ability to go from QTH to QTH 100's of miles away in a one minute.
(Minute Man) Looks like he is back to his old tricks of pirating and
claiming to manage stations he doesn't. For an example, look up YN4SU at
QRZ.com and read his comments.
