24.905MHz and he gave QSL route via K4UTE; It was a pirate as you can read

never heard QSL route from him; 425 DX News announced that somebody received
QSL direct but I did not see his address in this and other bulletins

him next time (19.11.2000 at 16.31 on 24.905MHz) I was told: Aruba, Box 506
