[Dx-qsl] At least one QSL from BV arrived

For two years I try to get one of my two 12meters QSO from my home-QTH with 
Taiwan confirmed. But two letters to each of them and several emails (which 
never bounced) brought back a QSL from BV2SR or BV4ME, also their addresses 
are since 1998 the same in RAC, BUCKMASTER and QRZ.COM.
So a great joy arised today, when for my portable operation I received an 
absolute unique QSL from Billy BV7GA for a 1993 QSO. He didn't use  my SAE 
from 1997 so he had to spend the postage out of his own pocket. 
Thanks Billy, you are my one and only BV QSO from that part of the world.
