Today I received an envelope containing 28 QSLs from the W3 incoming buro.

The oldest were a couple cards from the 1999 ARRL 10m contest. Most of the
cards were from QSO's made from April 00 to July 01, with one card for a
Sept 01 contact and one for an Oct 01 contact.

Almost all the cards were marked "TNX QSL".

Since I send most of my outgoing cards via the buro, that means most of the
cards are getting to the outgoing buro, sorted, shipped, processed on the
other end, replied to, sent to my incoming buro, etc., etc., in about one to
one-and-a-half years.

That's not bad at all, especially considering the savings compared to direct
QSLing (I'm patient!).
