Hello !

I sent 1995 a QSL to POB 138 SOFIA 1000 BULGARIA and got it back as
undeliverable. So I sent it new to POB 812, 1000 SOFIA, BULGARIEN and got
the card in November 1996.

This is an old info, but I think its still correct.
The Prolog database has as info: Radio Club, Box 812, 1000 Sofia, , REP OF
BULGARIA.
This one worked for me. Look for it on:

LZ0A   - Bulgarian Antarctic Station
Mailing Address: P.o. Box 830, 1000 Sofia 

but thats the address of the LZ bureau. I would not use it...
