[Dx-qsl] 3B8FG

I would hardly say Jackie 3B8CF is a good QSLer, many posting say he is
not and I have worked him 17 times in the last 3 years with NO QSL! 

I am happy to say 3B8FR, 3B8GF, 3B8/DL7DF, 3B8/KD6WW/ 3B8/LA7MFA and
some others do QSL. My real point is there has been a lot of activity
from 3B8 and maybe the best way is work another station that will QSL.
