 Douwe, PA1MR, reports that he has been receiving QSLs for PJ4M, who
   was active in the CQWW Contest, for which he is NOT the QSL Manager.
   OPDX did a search for PJ4M and could not find any QSN reports or QSL
   route for this station. We feel that this may have been a busted
   callsign, and it should have been PJ2M (QSL via KD4D).

I worked this STN like many others during last CQ WW DX contest (see Dx-summit
data base).

Any INFO for QSL?
