[Dx-qsl] Update

"Foreign Postage Rates" at the link below has been updated and includes
the Euro value for postage from the 12 Euro countries to the US and
Europe. The USD and  Euro are a close match, so this really simplifies
matters when determining if $1 is sufficient postage. There's also
information about deadlines to use stamps without the Euro value
attached.

Also, a couple of people have asked about the charts I use to display my
DXCC information, (countries worked, bands, etc.) 5BWAZ, and 5BWAS at
the link "K4HB Pages." At this same link, I have included blank charts
that I put together. They are tables in html format which can be
downloaded and unzipped. They can be used for web page display or simply
for computer display. After using these charts for a while, I have come
to depend on them for my records and they work great. Besides, we can't
brag in QST anymore, so we may as well brag on our web pages. ;-))
Anyway, they are there if anyone wants them.
