[Dx-qsl] Old Prefixes

Discovered in a routine check of my log & QSL database that I hadn't
confirmed the old PJ4 prefix.  I show three QSO's for that prefix involving
two stations:

PJ4A (CQ WPX 1990) -- an old GO LIST shows via K2SB, a later contest listing
(94) shows via K2SS but that's probably a different operation

PJ4V (ARRL DX 1990) -- an old GO LIST shows via WD4JNS (now WD4JR)

Does anyone know if this information is still correct?  Not a big deal, but
I'd like to get the prefix confirmed before much longer.
