    In the wave of sympathy following September 11th we all appreciated
    the Kuwaiti action in issuing this special call, and the announcement
    that QSLs were being specially prepared.
    The logistics may have been more difficult than expected, as I seem
    to have received a fast return QSL from every 9K2 I have ever worked.
    I suppose a little patience is required; most "dxpeditions" seem to
    need quite a time to get the cards out.
    But this was a special case though, and a lot of people are
    wondering why there has been no news. This QSL, when it comes,
    will really mean something to a lot of people, and is not just another
    candidate for the shoe-box.
