I don't know about Joe W3HNK, though I've always dealt with him direct & he
is one of the best QSL managers around.

As far as Mac W3HC (ex W3HCW), he does not accept bureau cards.  I have a 2
page letter that was enclosed with a QSL returned by him, and he explains in
detail there why it costs him "$53.00 out of my pocket" to handle 5 pounds
of cards too & from the bureau.  So you are best dealing with him direct if
you want the card for your contact.
