Pat,

This is a problem one.  I have received 1 in 4 attempts with TI5KD
over the last several years.  Most recent is for 6M.  I sure want this one.

On May 6, 2001, I worked a station with the call YN1KD/8.  I have
since sent THREE requests with $2 per envelope and have to date
received nothing.  This fellows home call (also his own mgr), is
TI5KD and his name is "Keko" Diez.  Has ANYONE gotten a card for
this operation.  He seems to be VERY ACTIVE and is the manager
for all sorts of stations around the Central American area.  Is
this ANOTHER case of a guy who is TOO ACTIVE to be bothered with
qsl cards?
