[Dx-qsl] QSLs From Where?

Well here we go again.  Several months ago I asked for help when I
received just part of the front panel of my SAE.  From what clues I gave
on the reflector, we learned it had contained my T5W QSL (which I did
receive after a subsequent request).  Similar story today.  Only the
front panel of the SAE arrived in the mail.  As only half the
cancellation stamp printed, I see it was posted 21 February from
"SUBU..." in either NC or SC; zip code 208.  I have a feeling these were
my D68C QSLs.  Has anyone else recently received those QSLs, and could
you verify the point of mailing?

I had used a very thin "EU Style" envelope, which the machines in the
USPS just love to devour!
