I just had ZK1QMA (NC) rejected for credit from the DXCC desk for - No Documentation Received. I'm thinking that since the operation was in September that maybe that Mike - KM9D just hasn't yet submitted the documentation. In a case like this, if the documentation is submitted, does the ARRL automatically credit the previously rejected or, does the card have to be resubmitted? Dan - wo6m
