Thanks for the reply.  I copied the R1M change.
Here's a kicker, the manager UT3UY tells me this
is Azerbaijan.  I was confused by this as well.  Georgia
is 4L. 4J is Azerbaijan.  

Boy, I wish TI9M would throw a wire up for 160M.

Malyj Vysotski Island changed their prefix to R1MV several years ago.
So for example the call will be R1MVA-R1MVZ.

All 4L stations are Georgia.
