Suggestion: Assuming we can find a place to do store this information,
start tracking ops that ARRL has flagged as, shall we say, "problems" for
one reason for another -- and by doing so, when someone gets a card
rejected, ask them to send the information to this web site or the person
who manages it. It might take a little time, but eventually we can enough
data to be useful. And obviously, when a DXpedition or DX station that is
on "hold" pending documentation or clarification or whatever is given the
"green light," the site should be updated to reflect this.

I'll volunteer to help manage the data if there is a place we can put it!

you're right about back in the 60's, joe. bob white could tell you off the
top of his head what was good and what wasn't. (man - we're starting to
sound like a couple of old farts, aren't we?) but i'll bet ya that their
computer system is set up to flag '"bad" ones when the operators enter the
data, using some sort of crossref file - or at least i hope that's the way
it's set up. maybe it's time to ask the folks up there again. especially
since they're charging .15 a card nowadays :-)
