I think there may be some problems which VE9DX is investigating. If it's not up in a few days, just send me email and I can check the logs here (my dx4win works FINE...HI..which, after all, is what counts as that's what prints the all-important labels...). you can also try via

all of the above have worked for me...your browser must work with Java scripts..and you CANNOT use wild cards....you must put your exact call sign in......no more, no less...
