[Dx-qsl] Dayton World Bureau Attendees?

Hello Everybody,

In a effort to expedite our outgoing bureau (HK3),  three of our members =
(Dxer's) are going to attend the upcoming Dayton Hamfest. They are =
willing to take some outgoing bureau packages to Dayton in order to hand =
deliver them to other world bureau world DXCC member attendees =
(including USA bureau's) . If any of you are also going to Dayton and =
are willing to receive this bureau for your club, please contact us and =
we will arrange a meeting at Dayton.

Our HK3 bureau is undergoing some economic problems but  we do wish that =
these problems will not damage our reputation as "good qslers" and are =
seeking this manner in order to fulfill our duties as IARU members.
