QSL List,

	I wonder if there is a DNS problem somewhere. I have not been able to
access the page from nc.rr.com or from mebtel.net. However, I did a whois on
NetSOl and I am able to ping the listed DNS IPs (209.67.50.85 &
209.67.50.86). Sometimes DNS info takes a while to get propagated.

	I guess the other possibility is that the page is being banged at enough
that the server is limiting connect attempts?
