[Dx-qsl] Dilema: YI9OM

I had a similar problem to this in the 2000 november
Sweepstakes.  I worked KH6ND/KH5 for the pacific
multiplier on 20 cw, and then found him the next day
on 15 cw.  I still needed KH5 on 15 meters, so tried
to work him again as a dupe so I could get a 15 meter
QSO.  He told me once or twice I was a dupe, so I gave
up with no KH5 on 15.  Now if the ARRL would have only
changed the sweepstakes rules allowing multiple band
contacts....
