All...I used to occaisionally get a "packet" of cards/envelopes from an 
overseas station with instructions to please mail . It seems that many would 
send an envelope with a U.S. stamp affixed. NOT enuff postage anyway, and 
won't work in another country. It would be like affixing a U.S. letter with 
French stamps or some such. I haven't seen this for a long while, but was 
always glad to comply. I always included a note as to why they were getting 
their card with a USPO cancellation on the envelope, and occaisonally 
contributed a stamp or two. Come to think of it, I don't think a single ham 
ever said a TNX. But then, that was NOT why I was doing it anyway, and would
