[Dx-qsl] QSLs received this week

Hello everybody,

We are looking for the email of DL5AXX,  the DL bureau sent my mistake
almost 1 kl of his qsls to the HK3 bureau. The HK3 bureau is having some
financial problems and we really do not have the economic resources to send
them to the HL bureau and really don't kow what to do with them.

We have been trying to send out a lot of backed up bureau from HK3 but we
find a large number of qsl cards that really don't belong to us and have
been sent to us by mistake. Does this happen frecuently in all bureau's? And
what do they do about it?

Any sugestions are welcome,
