I was checking my old logbook and found a contact with
XF0C in February 1992.  I had neglected to send for a
card, apparently thinking I already had XE Mexico
verified. I think that I may have worked Revilla
Gegido that day, sure hope so.  If so, is it too late
to send for a card? The qsl manager listed in my
