Steve, KU9C, surely put it right! Mr antoine F6FNU isn't interested in
serving the amateur radio community by serving as a QSL manager, the only
thing he's REALLY interested in making profit from his QSL business (you
couldn't call this a service, could you?).

A REAL QSL manager should comply with the guidelines set forth by the QSL
manager's society... if you can't or simply don't want to comply, just stop
your QSL business because you're a shame to ham spirit!
