Interesting:
I found a spot put out by W4FOA for ST3AO for 21013HZ on 2/7/02 at 2008Z.
It shows OD5NN as being the QSL Mgr. The spot said this station was right
on top of another station (QRM). Since it was CW, I thought of a possible
misread of the characters. The most likely would be VE vs ST. I looked
for VE3AO and came up empty. Other possible combinations came to the same
result. I looked back through past DX bulletins and find no mention of an
ST operation which would be failrly rare. I have only worked one ST in
the past 10 years and I am retired and failry active. A $2 investment
might get you a new one???? - John Owens (N7SEJ)
