Yes there is only one way of getting the BY1DX QSL card. Send it direct
to OH2BH.

1: They do not collect QSL cards from the bureau.
2: BY1DX has assigned OH2BH to be the QSL manager.

Assuming that OH2BH has moved is correct. Thankfully
his previous address is forwarding mail to him.
