Oh!  Yes, I remember some talk about that now.

Glad to hear that it's due to a dispute between him and REF over buro cards,
as opposed to something more nefarious.

I haven't had occasion to use Antoine as a manager for quite some time, but
I remember dealing with him quite a lot many years ago.  Outside of the
cost... he always did seem to request a premium... never had a problem
getting a card.  Guess I did something right!

it is because he did not accepted (and still do not accept) bureau
QSL. There were some talks between REF and F6FNU some (ten or so) years ago.
As a
consequence F6FNU leaved REF and REF do not accept him as a QSL manager.
