Thanks a lot for the info, John! I've received a couple of email
messages that say they are going to send a card to his JARL address
also (via the buro, in other words)!  I'll probably wind up trying
the same approach.  One of the things that I found a little 'funny'
was some site which said that his US reciprocal license had been
terminated for expiration!  If I get any additional info on him
