When I worked Jacky on 20 2 years ago, I QSL'd direct via CBA with 2 GS.
Reply came a few weeks later.

Strongly suggest:
--    use lined "security" envelopes
--    don't put any calls on the envelope
--    type the address, make it look professional, not hand written

Worked for me!

Worked Jacky last nite on 20 meters with 4 watts and would like to get a QSL
for that one. I have heard of some "3B" ops that were not good QSLers. Hope
Jacky isnt one of them............

What route might be best ????????
