Hi Gary.
No problem with IRC or GS in Estonia at the moment.
One IRC is still enough here for postage return up to 20 gram envelope, but
better 2 IRC or 1 GS!
But very soon Estonian post will increase price for A-priority mail (and
snail mail too). Any way, we hope 1 GS will enough anyway. We can use the
surface mail only inside de Europe boarders!
