[Dx-qsl] PY1 QSL bureau

Dear All,
I used the special call ZX1JP in october and november 1991. Along the last 
years, I received around 400 QSL requests for ZX1JP via the PY1 incoming 
QSL bureau. I answered all requests as soon as they arrived. I sent the 
confirmations via the same way I received (direct requests were replied 
immediatly by airmail).

Now I'd like to have a sample of how well the PY1 OUTGOING QSL bureau has 
been working along the last years (I'm affraid it has nor been so good).

So, if you received a ZX1JP QSL card confirmation, please let me know. The 
number of replies will permit an evaluation.
