[Dx-qsl] Old DX QSL route needed

Hi Allen,

	I worked CX0XY on Mar 6, 1987. My log shows him as being on
South Shetland Islands. I QSL'ed to CX2CS and I also never recieved a
return. I never pushed going after the card because I did not need Shetland
on the band I worked him on. That is all the info that I have, hope it helps.
