[Dx-qsl] TT8JE and NH4/NH6YK

Hi Doug.. just received a card from Antoine about 6 weeks ago..it was for
TT8JE.
I told him of the plight of the DXCC desk not having proper documentation and
he said that it would be good and it was...you can email him at:
mailto:[email protected]   He has always sent me qsls QRQ..
BTW, he manages a bunch of TT8 stations..Antoine is also TT6NU..
