I hope you have better luck than I did. My first letter was returned. The 
USPO tried to send it to the US State of Georgia. I mailed it again, but that 
was months ago. I bet it is in a dead letter file somewhere. 

BTW, my local post office is in the suburbs of Washington, DC and it then 
goes to a distribution center in Washington, DC. You would think that with 
all the "official" mail that they would now that Georgia is a country!!! The 
young lady at the local PO was sympathetic and was well aware of the Country 
of Georgia. Oh well, I will just keep trying.
