[Dx-qsl] HOW DO YOU ADDRESS Georgia

Need to send a qsl request to 4L8A in Georgia, now independent republic.
I'm betting if I put Georgia on the bottom line it will end up going to
Atlanta and being returned as no such address. (grin)
