[Dx-qsl] Web resource for QSLing

All,

I am wondering if there is a web site (or other resource) that has 
information regarding how many greenstamps or IRC's are needed to cover 
return mailing costs for the various DXCC entities.  I want to be sure I 
send enough to cover the return postage when sending cards direct.
