I think many of us expected exactly this, which is why K1B qsl request sits
on top of a pile with my other CIS/Russian requests.
So, does anyone want to take a stab at the registered package idea? It
seemed to work pretty well with 5A1A, it may work here. If you're
interested, contact me off list.
